Your Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics & Simulation Engineer to join our digital manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and production by utilizing the Dassault Systemes 3DExperience platform to validate manufacturing processes, design complex surfaces, and develop offline programming for robotic systems.
Robotic Simulation & OLP: Create Offline Robot Programming (OLP) within the Delmia/3DExperience environment to ensure seamless transition from simulation to the shop floor.
Process Simulation: Conduct assembly evaluation and equipment simulations to identify bottlenecks, reachability issues, or cycle time inefficiencies.
Mechanical Design: Perform equipment design and tooling integration within the 3DExperience ecosystem.
Advanced Surfacing: Utilize CATIA GSD (Generative Shape Design) to create, modify, and optimize complex surfaces for manufacturing components and fixtures.
Validation: Execute kinematic studies and collision detection to ensure ''Right First Time'' manufacturing.
