Job summary

Asset Tree Homes is seeking an energetic Manager – BTL Marketing to drive ground-level marketing activities, generate leads, and arrange site visits for real estate projects in Chennai.

The role requires 5–8 years’ experience in BTL/Activation Marketing, strong events and roadshows expertise, vendor management and a proven track record in lead conversion, with willingness to travel across project locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in BTL/Activation Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong experience in events, exhibitions, roadshows and ground activations.
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and execution abilities.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on lead generation, site visits and conversions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across project locations.
• Preferred: Experience in plots, villas, apartments or gated-community projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL campaigns, activations, roadshows, exhibitions, kiosks and events.
• Identify high-potential locations and execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns.
• Drive qualified leads and site visits through BTL activities.
• Coordinate with Sales & Pre-Sales teams for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Manage BTL agencies, vendors, manpower, branding and event execution.
• Prepare and manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Track CPL, site visits, bookings and campaign ROI.
• Conduct competitor and market activity analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly BTL performance reports.
