Job summary

Aura Realtors is seeking a dynamic BTl / Offline Marketing Executive to plan and execute ground-level marketing for real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. The role centers on generating quality leads through offline campaigns, activations, events, and local initiatives.

You will coordinate with Presales and Sales teams, manage vendors and events, track ROI, and report on expenses, leads, and site visits while ensuring campaigns stay within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in BTL, Offline Marketing, Field Marketing, Activation, or Real Estate Marketing.
• Real estate experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai local markets and catchment areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL and offline marketing activities across Navi Mumbai.
• Conduct society activations, kiosk activities, exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage pamphlet/leaflet distribution, branding, banners, standees, and outdoor activities.
• Identify high-footfall locations and potential customer catchment areas.
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, agencies, and event teams.
• Generate and collect customer leads through offline campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Presales and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and site visits.
• Track campaign performance, leads generated, site visits, and bookings.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, expenses, leads, and ROI.
• Conduct market visits and competitor activity analysis.
• Ensure proper execution and visibility of all marketing materials at assigned locations.
• Support promotional events and property exhibitions.
• Maintain strong relationships with local societies, businesses, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities are completed within the approved budget and timelines.
