Job summary

The Offline Marketer is responsible for promoting the institute through on-ground marketing activities, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility. This role involves direct interaction with students, schools/colleges, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Promotions

• Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, banners, and poster campaigns
• Visit schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote courses
• Organize and manage stalls, seminars, and promotional events
• Generate student leads through direct interaction and campaigns
• Collect and maintain a database of potential students
• Coordinate with the admissions team for lead conversion

2. Brand Awareness

• Increase local brand visibility through strategic offline campaigns
• Identify high-footfall areas for promotions
• Build relationships with educational institutions and local partners

3. Event Coordination

• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions
• Represent the institute at education fairs and events

4. Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain daily activity reports (DAR)
• Track leads generated and conversions
• Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and market trends
