Job summary

SIP Academy India Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, India is seeking a training and support specialist to provide voice, chat, and email support to over 1000 franchisees. You will train users on the software, maintain daily support trackers, and collect feedback.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a BCA or BSc, proficiency in English and Hindi, basic Excel, and willingness to travel Pan India 3–4 times per year.

Qualifications

• UG degree in BCA/BSc or equivalent.
• Proven communication skills and training abilities desired.
• Willingness to travel Pan India (3–4 times per year).

Responsibilities

• To give voice, chat and email Anydesk support to all franchisees
• Provide training of the software application to franchisees and internal teams
• Maintain support tracker of all the support handled on daily basis
• Take regular feedback from franchisees on support and application
• Escalate bugs and technical issues to the software vendor and get it fixed 6. Prepare SOP manuals for the usage of application
• 1000 plus franchisees to be supported – average support per day will be 30 to 40 (highest)
