Job summary

Lupin Ltd in Pune district seeks a biotechnology professional with 1–5 years of downstream processing experience to support bulk production operations. Responsibilities

• Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations.
• CIP of chromatography systems, TFF systems and process vessels.
• SIP of TFF systems and process vessels.
• Operation of chromatography systems, TFF systems, Virus Filtration System, DS filtration for protein purification.
• Preparation, execution and maintenance of SOPs, BPRs, qualification documents and other facility related documents.
• Coordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities of production operations.
• Review of executed BPRs.
• Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance.
• Operation, maintenance of sterile and decontamination autoclave.
