Job summary

Hetero in Hyderabad, India, is seeking operators to participate in plasma products manufacturing, monitor environmental controls, and ensure equipment readiness for batch activities. Responsibilities

• Involve in plasma products manufacturing.
• Follow production shift schedule.
• Complete the assigned trainings timely.
• Monitor the differential pressure, temperature and humidity of the classified area.
• Ensure the area and equipment cleaning and readiness of equipment for batch activity.
• Prepare buffers and other solutions for downstream process.
• Handle process-related instruments and equipment in downstream process (DSP).
• Perform all the assigned manufacturing activities as per the defined procedures (SOP, BMR, Protocols) and record the details in respective documents.
• Check the availability of stock of chemicals, solvents, raw materials, etc.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth batch operations.
• Maintain the facility in compliance with GMP.
• Responsible for execution of relevant documents as per GDP.
• Involve in equipment qualification and validation of downstream equipment.
• Involve in execution of process validation batches and regular manufacturing batches.
• Provide samples to QC and follow up for QC testing results.
• In case of any abnormalities/deviations observed, record and inform the process in-charge to avoid quality issues in the product.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions and incidents to supervisor.
