Job summary

Husco International in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced treasury and accounts professional to join our finance team. You will handle supplier payments, AR/AP processing, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance while partnering with sales and procurement to optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate has a B. Com with 5–7 years in manufacturing finance, strong knowledge of IFS/ERP, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• B. Com with 5–7 years in manufacturing finance.
• Experience in treasury, AR and AP activities.
• Knowledge of IFS/ERP systems.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle supplier payments for import and domestic purchases.
• Process statutory payments and other tax payments.
• Record customer receipts in ERP and perform bank reconciliations.
• Apply and obtain EBRCs from bank.
• Coordinate with banks for day-to-day business.

Job description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supplier payments for import and domestic purchases (creating payment proposal, uploading on the bank site, obtaining statutory forms from CA, completing formality in accordance with RBI guidelines) as per the payment cycle
2. Statutory, import duties and other tax payments from Bank
3. Recording customer receipts in IFS (ERP)
4. Applying and obtaining E-BRCs from Bank
5. Application for different types of loans with the bank by submitting necessary documents.
6. Filing of ECB returns and other bank returns in compliance with the loan.
7. Bank reconciliation of all the banks.
8. Closure of EDPMS/IDPMS cases
9. Fund and cash management. Day to day basis report to the management for funds in bank account.
10. Co-ordination with bank for day-to-day business
11. Customer debit and credit notes
12. Follow up with the sales team for overdue payments.
13. Extracting customer ageing report from IFS (ERP) and meeting with sales team on fortnightly basis to address outstanding payments.
14. Customer reconciliation on half yearly basis.
15. Form 26-AS reconciliation for TDS deducted by customer.
16. To prepare monthly schedules of Bank and AR GLs.
17. To prepare working and notes for statutory and Tax audit.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.B. Com
2.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing for similar profile
3.Knowledge of IFS/(Other) ERP system.
4.Experience of Treasury, Accounts receivable and Accounts payable activities
5.Good understanding of accounting principal and rule.
6.Good verbal and written communication in English.
