Job summary

Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding (CEMS) Visakhapatnam seeks an experienced professional to support the Head of Operations in coordinating skill development projects and government initiatives. The role focuses on stakeholder coordination, project monitoring, and MIS reporting across NSDC and other government programmes.

• Prior experience with NSDC, India Digital Hub, or Central/State Government skill development initiatives preferred.
• Good understanding of government-sponsored skill development programmes and project implementation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations in managing and monitoring skill development projects and government initiatives.
• Coordinate with NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, government departments and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support project planning, implementation, progress tracking and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate coordination between internal teams, government authorities and project partners.
• Prepare MIS reports, management presentations, project updates and other documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, performance indicators, compliance requirements and reporting timelines.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of skill development programmes.

Preferred Candidate -
