Job summary

Hyperion Materials & Technologies Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in Maharashtra.

The role involves planning, coordination, and management of production schedules, quality control, and inventory, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal machine performance. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in production environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and preparing Daily production report (DPR).
• Daily Production planning as per MPS.
• Monitor and ensure delivery on time & Maintain quality of the product.
• Inventory management.
• Minimize downtime, rejection, and wastage.
• Monitor & execute machine performance (reduction, carburizing, Ball mill, Dryer).
• Process monitoring & Supervision.
• Data entries in ERP and MS Excel.
• Managing Job work.
• Raw material calculations.
• Coordination with Press shop Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
• Manpower allocation & training.
