Job summary

Meril Life Sciences in India is seeking a Junior Officer (0–2 years) or Officer (2–4 years) for utility maintenance and calibration in its manufacturing facilities.

The role focuses on RO water plant upkeep, preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety compliance. Candidates should be familiar with GMP/CGMP, SOPs, and be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Exposure to RO water plants and water treatment equipment preferred.
• Calibration of equipment and instruments.
• Proactive preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintenance documentation and reporting standards.
• Awareness of GMP/CGMP and SOPs.
• Safety practices and 5S compliance.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utility systems and RO water plants.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and ensure accuracy of readings.
• Prepare maintenance reports and keep logs up to date.
• Follow GMP/CGMP and SOPs for all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety policies and 5S in the workplace.
