Meril Life Sciences is seeking a Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in Gujarat. The role involves operating production machinery, monitoring outputs, and ensuring GMP/CGMP and SOP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain production records, contribute to 5S practices, and assist in quality control. Proficiency in MS Excel and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a GMP environment.
• Ability to monitor daily production outputs and report deviations.
• Familiarity with GMP/CGMP standards and SOP documentation.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery and monitor output.
• Plan shifts and drive production targets to meet plans.
• Maintain daily production records and reports.
• Ensure GMP/CGMP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Support quality control and monitor rejects.
• Troubleshoot machine downtimes and minor faults.
• Maintain 5S and safety practices in the area.
• Utilize MS Excel for dashboards and reporting.
• Coordinate with team to resolve production problems.
