Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in Gurgaon is seeking a detailed and analytical Backend Monitoring professional for our Solar Business service team. The role focuses on ensuring optimal system performance, proactive issue identification, and timely resolution across commissioned solar installations.

You will monitor telemetry, analyze data, and coordinate with field teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for monitoring and analytics.
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational reporting is preferred.
• Exposure to solar/energy operations environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Register commissioned systems and validate telemetry connectivity and performance baselines.
• Monitor system generation, uptime, and alerts daily to identify performance deviations.
• Classify and track connectivity, system, soiling, and usage-related issues.
• Raise and route service tickets to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Coordinate with Solar Doctors for site visits and corrective actions.
• Track service requests and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate system performance records, service history, and monitoring reports.
• Support generation guarantee assessments, operational reviews, and performance reporting.

Qualification/ Personal Attributes

Education

• B. Tech / BE or Diploma

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, operations monitoring, renewable energy operations.
• Experience with ticket management systems, and operational reporting preferred.
• Exposure to solar, energy, utilities, telecom network monitoring, or technical operations environments preferred.

Skills Required

• Understanding of solar PV performance monitoring, energy generation metrics, uptime, and system diagnostics.
• Proficiency in monitoring dashboards, Excel/BI tools, ticketing systems, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
