Job summary

Haiko Logistics is seeking a dynamic coordinator to negotiate vendor contracts, analyze competitors, and handle customer inquiries, ensuring accurate product information and timely order delivery.

You will maintain professionalism with challenging customers, conduct follow-ups, and identify market opportunities, researching new segments to expand the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with vendors for goods and services at competitive prices.
• Analyse competitor's products, pricing, and services.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, features, availability.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Tracked orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with difficult customers.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers after resolving their issues.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on pricing, terms, contracts, agreements.
• Analyse current market trends and identified potential opportunities for improvement.
• Research new market segments in order to identify possible target customers.
