Maersk is recruiting an Ocean Customer Experience Specialist (German Language) in Navi Mumbai to support our global operations. You will handle customer interactions, onboarding, and contract-related inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree, at least 2 years in customer support, excellent spoken and written German (B2 or higher), and comfort with European shift patterns. Join us to drive exceptional experiences worldwide.

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer Experience which includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
• Case Management
• Customer onboarding and relationship management
• Contract and dispute management and more

We are looking for:

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory)
• German Language Expert with minimum B2 Level certification (mandatory)
• The desired candidate should be comfortable working in European shift
