Company Description: Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary child development center focused on supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children. The team provides compassionate, evidence-based care through individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. Services include developmental assessments, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, ABA therapy, sensory integration therapy, special education, early intervention programs, and parent guidance and counseling. Role Description: The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs and designing individualized therapy plans to support their daily living skills and independence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed evaluations, delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to refine intervention strategies. The role also involves educating and guiding parents and caregivers on home-based activities, providing regular feedback on child progress, and contributing to early intervention and school readiness programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring active participation in team meetings, case discussions, and center initiatives to enhance overall child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have BOT/MOT.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to understand child development, clinical conditions, and multidisciplinary care needs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team, and to provide clear guidance and counseling.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution, with appropriate licensure or registration as required.
• Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, familiarity with sensory integration, developmental disorders, and early intervention approaches.
• Strong documentation, observation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain a child- and family-centered approach.
