Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru seeks a Monitoring & Observability Lead/Architect with 8–12 years of experience to shape and own our monitoring strategy across AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

You will design scalable, highly available monitoring solutions, drive auto-remediation and dynamic service mapping, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, OpsRamp, and SolarWinds, plus Python or PowerShell scripting and REST API integrations, is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on monitoring/observability experience.
• Experience designing scalable monitoring across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong automation and scripting skills.

Job description

Monitoring & Observability Lead / Architect requirement

Experience: 8-12 years

Primary area: Monitoring, Observability & IT Operations

Environment: Hybrid

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, OpsRamp, Logic Monitor, and SolarWinds, along with expertise in designing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant monitoring solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The candidate should also have experience in automation including auto-remediation, automated discovery, and dynamic service mapping, with scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell, along with REST API integrations, ITSM/AIOps platforms, and preferably ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of infrastructure, network, application, and performance monitoring, real-time dashboards, reporting, capacity planning, and performance monitoring is required, along with architecture ownership, mentoring, and cross-functional team coordination.
