Job summary

Feuji Software Solutions is seeking an experienced O365 Engineer to execute Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, mailbox/data migrations, and DNS cutovers for acquired entities. You will ensure a seamless transition to the client’s collaboration environment.

The role reports to the Project Lead / Collaboration Lead and requires strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, and mail flow, with a focus on M&A or divestiture migrations and automation through PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration tools (BitTitan, Quest, native O365 tools).
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online, DNS, and mail flow.
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations in M&A or divestiture scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute O365 migrations between tenants or cross-forest environments.
• Manage DNS changes and cutover sequencing for mail, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Configure and validate Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online post-migration.

Role & responsibilities

O365 Engineer

Executes Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, mailbox/data migrations, and DNS cutovers for acquired entities, ensuring a seamless transition to the client's collaboration environment.

Reports to

Project Lead / Collaboration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute O365 tenant-to-tenant or cross-forest mailbox migrations
• Manage DNS record changes and cutover sequencing for mail flow, SharePoint, and Teams
• Configure and validate Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online post-migration
• Coordinate migration windows with the Project Lead and affected business units
• Troubleshoot mail flow, licensing, and data migration issues during and after cutover
• Document migration runbooks and rollback procedures
• Support user communication and readiness activities ahead of cutover

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Quest, native O365 tools)
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, and mail flow
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations in M&A or divestiture scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent)
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and PowerShell scripting for migration automation
