Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Microsoft 365 engineer to design, build, implement, and manage scalable cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related apps. The role emphasizes migration from on-premises to cloud, deep service knowledge, and ongoing feature development.

The position requires handling incidents and maintaining the health, security, and performance of the O365 environment within a 24/7 team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, and manage scalable Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Office 365 Apps).
• Conduct assessments, migrations and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365 and migrate from on‑premises to cloud.
• Deep dive into Microsoft 365 services, identify customer needs, communicate trends to management, and drive product improvements.
• Support evolution of Microsoft 365 services by designing and implementing new features.
• Create technical documentation for Microsoft 365 services and related procedures.
• Maintain health of the O365 environment ensuring security, availability, performance and interoperability.
• Handle critical incidents and escalations effectively.
• Work flexibly in a 24/7 team to ensure coverage and support.

• Design, build, implement, and manage scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Office 365 Apps (Power Automate, Insights, Forms, Planner, Stream, To-Do, etc.).
• Execute assessment, migration, and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365 solutions and migrate environments from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365.
• Go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seek solutions to the needs of internal and external customers, communicate trends to management, and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements.
• Support the evolution of Microsoft 365 services through the design and implementation of new service features.
• Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft 365 services and related procedures and operations.
• Maintain the operational health of the O365 online environment, ensuring security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability.
• Handle critical incidents and escalations effectively.
• Work flexibly in a 24/7 team to ensure coverage and support.
