Hindustan Feeds is a market leader with a strong presence in the cattle feed industry and a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the below‑mentioned position to join our team at our Baramati plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize nutritional plans and feed formulations tailored to the specific needs of ruminant species.
• Ensure quality and consistency of ingredients and feed.
• Implement balanced diets that promote growth, reproduction, lactation, and overall health.
• Research and Development:
• Conduct research on ruminant nutrition to develop innovative feeding strategies and dietary formulations.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in ruminant nutrition.
• Collaborate with research institutions, universities, and industry partners.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and guidance to farmers, feed manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct on‑site visits to assess animal health and nutrition needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve nutritional problems and concerns.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all nutritional programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory purposes.
• Training
• Training of field staff, QA staff and Production staff on related technical subjects like feeding and managing animals, ensuring quality of fed and ingredients

Qualifications:
