Role Summary

The Counsellors is responsible for diagnosing hair and skin conditions, providing expert consultations, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations by understanding concerns, medical history, and expectations.
• Diagnose hair and skin conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Educate patients on available treatments, products, and expected outcomes.
• Utilize in-depth product and service knowledge to address patient queries effectively.
• Promote clinic services and products aligned with patient needs.
• Handle and resolve patient complaints by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Provide feedback to management regarding product/service improvements and market trends.

Collaborate with Branch Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
