Job summary

Clinicdermatech in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Skin Counsellor to provide client consultations, advise on skin and hair treatments, and manage the end-to-end treatment process.

The role requires strong English communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to follow up on results, prepare reports, and convert consultations into ongoing client relationships. Six-day work week, fixed office hours vary.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in any skin clinic.
• Experience in taking consultations on aesthetic treatments related to skin.
• Must have knowledge of skin treatments like peels, pigmentation treatment, removal of moles, wats & tags; Facial PRP; Q-switched laser treatment, and CIT Treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations to clients for skin and hair-related concerns.
• Suggest treatments based on diagnosis and skin care needs.
• Follow-ups with patients about treatment results and efficacy.
• Manage overall consultation and treatment process and convert clients for the business.
• Prepare reports and analyse the sales reports of the centre.

What you'll do:

• To develop as complete skin Counsellor and provide consultations to clients for their skin

related problems.

• Suggesting treatments on patients based upon the diagnosis of skin and hair-related

concerns.

• Must have knowledge of Skin Treatments like peels, pigmentation treatment, removal of

moles, wats & tags; Facial PRP; Q-switched laser treatment, and CIT Treatments.

• Must have knowledge of Laser Hair reduction treatments and consultation thereof.
• Follow-ups with the Patients about the treatments and their results.
• Managing overall consultation and treatment process and converting the clients for the

business.
