Job summary

Healthify is seeking a nutrition specialist in Bengaluru to monitor dietary intake and prescribe personalized diet plans. You will evaluate client progress, adapt protocols as needed, and lead group coaching on chat groups to boost engagement.

The role requires a postgraduate qualification in nutrition with diabetes/sports nutrition advantageous, and a strong passion for health and fitness. Expect a dynamic team, flexible timings, and ongoing upskilling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in nutrition with diabetes/sports nutrition coursework and relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with good internet skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' dietary intake for the program.
• Prescribe diets based on individual requirements, habits, and lifestyle.
• Evaluate client strengths/weaknesses and record progression to guide program changes.
• Manage/moderate group coaching on chat groups and motivate clients to stay engaged.
• Convert free trial clients to premium offerings.
• Commit to 8–9 hours of work per day.
• Prepare for training sessions and upskill through manager-led programs.
• Handle 5 hours of client calling daily.

Job description

• Monitoring the dietary intake of the clients for the smooth functioning of their program.
• Prescribing diet according to their requirement considering their eating habits, likes, dislikes, and lifestyle.
• Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of clients, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/implementing protocol or program changes as required.
• Managing/Moderating group coaching on chat groups by motivating clients toward fitness.
• Converting free trial clients to premium clients.
• Passionate about communication and cracking the revenue targets assigned each month.
• Strong commitment of 8-9hrs daily.
• Ready to upskill through attending different pieces of training arranged by respective reporting managers.
• Committed to handle 5hrs calling slots with clients every day.
