Job summary

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a Dietitian to assess patients via telephonic consultations, design nutrition plans, and guide clients on healthy lifestyle choices. You will deliver coaching, set goals, and track progress using digital tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of dietetics experience, strong communication, empathy, and proficiency with nutrition software. 6-day workweeks and 9-hour shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a dietician (internships okay for freshers)

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' medical needs over telephone at primary care level.
• Suggest diagnostic tests based on diagnosis.
• Refer patients to specialists when required.
• Deliver one-on-one or group coaching on nutrition and lifestyle.
• Set goals and track progress using digital tools.
• Support behavioral change to help clients form healthier habits.
• Provide nutritional guidance and keep clients motivated on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers and specialists for holistic care.
• Develop nutrition plans for clients.
• Record client progress and health goals in the database.
• Interview patients to learn health goals and dietary needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess the medical needs of patients over Tele-phone at primary care level by diagnosis.
• Suggest the required diagnostic tests based on the diagnosis.
• Suggest/ referthe patientto a specialist,ifrequired based on the diagnosis/ condition
• Personalized Coaching: Deliver one-on-one or group coaching on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and diet planning.
• Goal Setting & Tracking: Conduct client assessments, set realistic health goals, and track progress using digital tools.
• Behavioral Change Facilitation: Support clients through barriers, helping them shift habits and mindsets.
• Content & Support: Provide nutritional advice (typically on a digital platform) and keep clients motivated.
• Collaboration: Work with fitness trainers and specialists for a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition
• Developing nutrition plans for clients.
• Compiling information and tracking client progress towards their health goals.
• Entering patient information patient database.
• Speaking to patients to learn abouttheir health goals and dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.

Qualification s Other Key requirements:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a dietician (freshers with internships may also apply).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of dietary principles and nutrition science.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize and connect with clients.

Proficiency in using health and nutrition software is a plus.

Additional Details

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Off)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
