Job summary

Health Pillar Hospitals in Dum Dum, West Bengal, seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee daily hospital operations, supervise nursing teams, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments while maintaining high standards of patient safety.

You will develop and implement policy, procedures, and protocols for patient care, staff training, and quality improvement; manage budgets to optimize resources; foster a collaborative work environment; and ensure compliance with NABH standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in nursing supervision or management role.
• B.Sc (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing And Midwifery degree required.
• Strong knowledge of ICU, NICU, Operation Theatre, Emergency, Pediatrics, Trauma, Orthopedics, Surgical, Gynecology; familiarity with First Aid and Dressing techniques preferred.
