Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-30 years of experience in nursing education or administration (NABH).
  
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Nursing) degree from an accredited institution.
  
• Proven track record as a Nursing Superintendent or equivalent role in a reputed hospital setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles, healthcare operations, hospital administration, and hospital management practices.
