Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve AI systems built around clinical workflows, health information systems and electronic health records.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role, inviting frontline nurses to shape how AI understands real-world patient care. Work 10–40 hours per week on your own schedule, evaluating AI-generated clinical content, translating nursing workflows into actionable feedback, and identifying

• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms

• Strong ability to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters
