Qualifications

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated environments
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets and understanding their real‑world implications
• Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into meaningful narratives for both clinical and operational stakeholders
• Self‑directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without hand‑holding

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLM outputs, or AI training workflows
• Background in health informatics, population health, or value‑based care analytics
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
