Alignerr in India seeks a Nursing Informatics Specialist for AI training in healthcare. This fully remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week, letting you contribute clinical insight from anywhere.

You will review AI-generated nursing content, assess it against real-world workflows, and provide concrete feedback to improve model accuracy and safety, drawing on your EHR experience and patient-care background.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background.
• Familiarity with clinical informatics, health IT, or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
• Able to analyze clinical workflows and identify documentation inefficiencies or inaccuracies.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters.
