Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and ensure alignment with real-world healthcare workflows. You will review EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure within a remote freelance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems (EHRs, clinical apps, hospital infrastructure).
• Strong troubleshooting, testing and performance optimization within clinical environments.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical feedback for AI systems.
• Excellent written communication and self-motivation for independent work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations
• Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess whether AI outputs reflect real-world clinical environments accurately
• Review and critique AI responses involving EHR systems, clinical applications, and healthcare infrastructure

Who You Are

• Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and performance optimization within clinical environments
• Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical systems
• Detail‑oriented with strong written communication skills
• Self‑motivated and able to deliver quality work independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
• Background working across multiple healthcare settings or system types
