What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into meaningful, decision-ready insights
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to data quality and accuracy
• Clear and confident communicator capable of bridging the gap between science and strategy

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools, genomic data formats, or clinical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, OMOP)
• Background in translational research, computational biology, or precision oncology
• Experience working with or evaluating AI/ML models in a scientific or clinical context
