Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Nursing Department.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, nursing practices and patient safety.
• Develop and conduct regular nursing training, induction and competency assessment programs.
• Implement and monitor Nursing SOPs, protocols, policies and clinical guidelines.
• Drive NABH accreditation standards, implementation and continuous compliance.
• Conduct nursing audits, documentation audits and quality improvement activities.
• Monitor Nursing KPIs, clinical indicators, medication safety, infection prevention and patient safety practices.
• Coordinate NABH assessments, internal audits and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper nursing documentation and compliance with statutory and hospital requirements.
• Identify training needs and develop an annual Nursing Training & Education Calendar.
• Promote a strong culture of quality improvement and patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, duty rosters, manpower utilization and nursing performance.

• 8–12 years of nursing experience, preferably in a reputed hospital.
• Strong practical knowledge of NABH Accreditation & Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Patient Safety, Nursing Quality Indicators, Infection Control and Clinical Audits.
• Proven experience in nursing training and competency development.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.

Candidates with hands-on experience in NABH Accreditation/Implementation will be preferred.
