Job summary

Automat Industries is seeking an experienced production professional to establish the production setup for new projects and optimize processes. The role involves calculating costs, defining process flows, and coordinating with customers to understand bottlenecks.

The candidate will prepare AutoCAD drawings and ensure quality documentation such as PPAP and IATF-compliant records, with hands-on involvement in shop-floor follow-up and self-inspection activities.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE (Mechanical) or Diploma in ME is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar field.
• Industry-specific experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish the production setup for new projects.
• Calculate production costs for new projects and strive to reduce them.
• Decide process flow for new parts and optimize efficiency.
• Interact with customers of new projects to understand bottlenecks.
• Create drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Prepare quality documents such as PPAP and related records.
• Develop documents per IATF requirements.
• Cross-verify sample inspection reports through self-inspection.
• Follow up on parts development on the shop floor.

• 3. Decide the process flow for new parts
• 4.In contact with customers of new projects for better understanding of projects bottlenecks.
• 5.Make drawing on AutoCAD Software.
• 6.Make Quality documents such as PPAP and other documents.
• 7.Make development documents as per IATF requirement.
• 8.Cross verify the sample inspection report by inspecting self.
• 9.Follow up of parts developing on shop floor of products.

• Qualifications: B. Tech/ BE (Mechanical)/ Diploma in M.E.
