Job summary

Three D Integrated Solutions Ltd in Gurgaon, Haryana is seeking an experienced NPD Head Electronics to lead the development, engineering, integration and commercialization of complete electronics products and systems.

The role requires hands-on experience across concept through productionization, coordinating cross-functional teams in Electronics Design, Embedded Systems, Mechanical, Software, Procurement, Production and Quality to deliver high-quality, reliable electronics solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication / Electronics – mandatory.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Electronics Product Development / NPD / R&D / System Engineering.
• Experience in complete product development lifecycle is highly preferred.
• Candidates from Defence, Aerospace, Airport Electronics, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, Security Systems, Communication/RF and Electronics Product Development industries are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) for electronics-based products and systems.
• Drive complete product development lifecycle from concept design engineering prototype testing validation productionization.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving Electronics Design, Embedded Systems, Mechanical, Software, Procurement, Production and Quality.
• Develop and review system architecture, electronic hardware and product specifications.
• Coordinate with R&D/design teams for product engineering and technical problem-solving.
• Manage prototype development, testing, debugging and design validation.
• Ensure products meet required technical, quality, reliability and performance standards.
• Work closely with vendors/OEMs for required electronic components, modules and subsystems.
• Identify technical risks and implement corrective/improvement actions.
• Drive design optimization, cost reduction, product improvement and value engineering.
• Prepare project timelines, development plans, technical documentation and NPD reports.
• Coordinate with management and various departments for timely product launch.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced NPD Head Electronics who has strong hands-on experience in the development, design, engineering, integration and commercialization of complete electronic products and systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing electronics-dominant products/systems, from concept and system architecture through prototype development, testing, validation and productionization.

We are NOT looking for candidates whose primary experience is in:

• PCB manufacturing/production
• SMT production
• PCB assembly
• Electronic component manufacturing
• Component-level production only
• Routine production/NPD of PCBs or individual components

PCB/component manufacturing is not the core requirement, as PCBs/components will be procured externally.

Our requirement is specifically for a professional who has experience in designing, engineering, developing and integrating complete electronics-based products/systems.
