Job summary

Carrier Wheels Private Limited is seeking a senior Marketing professional to develop and implement strategies to promote wheel products and drive business growth. You will identify new opportunities in tractor, earth-moving, and wheel manufacturing markets, build relationships with customers, and coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production and Quality teams to meet requirements.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience in relevant industries and hands-on experience in wheel

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of marketing or business development experience in wheel manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience in tractor, earth-moving, or automotive components sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote wheel products and achieve business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers in tractor/earth-moving and wheel manufacturing industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities to acquire new customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase market share and expand the company's customer base.
• Handle customer meetings, business presentations, commercial negotiations, and marketing-related activities.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Coordinate with the NPD team for new product development based on market demand and customer requirements.

Job Description

Requirements

• Experience: 08–12 Years
• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive Components, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, especially those having hands‑on experience in wheel product development.
