Job summary

Carrier Wheels Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a MIG welder to join our production team in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on setting up and operating MIG welding equipment, performing welds on mild steel components, and ensuring quality with proper inspections.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of MIG welding or fabrication experience, be able to work in shifts, and adhere to safety practices while contributing to daily production targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in MIG welding or fabrication work preferred.
• Good knowledge of MIG welding process and welding machine handling.
• Ability to perform welding on mild steel components.
• Willing to work in shifts and follow workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on components as per job requirements and instructions.
• Set up and operate MIG welding machines safely and efficiently.
• Understand job cards, and welding instructions.
• Ensure proper weld strength, finish, and appearance.
• Inspect welded components for defects such as cracks, undercut, porosity, or improper weld size.
