Job summary

Carrier Wheels Private Limited in India is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage time office operations, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management and accurate records in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate joining formalities, master data, and deployment with production heads. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations within manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, overtime, and manpower reporting.
• Monitor biometric attendance systems and ensure accuracy of time office records.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
• Maintain employee master data, personal files, joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and separation documentation.
• Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour law documentation.
• Manage contract labour records, gate pass control, and contractor compliance documentation.
• Generate HR MIS reports related to manpower, absenteeism, overtime, attrition, and productivity.
• Coordinate induction, onboarding, employee communication, and policy implementation.
• Support disciplinary actions, employee grievance handling, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with production and departmental heads for manpower planning and shift deployment.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
