Job summary

Trigent Software in Navi Mumbai (Airoli) is hiring for a Process Associate - Non-Voice (Rotational Day/Night) for fresh graduates from the 2026 batch. The role involves backend/data processing, email support, and handling daily non-voice transactions from a US shift schedule.

Selected candidates will work 5 days a week with fixed offs, on-site at Airoli, and will receive a 21,000 INR CTC while gaining hands-on exposure to data processing, document validation, and customer query resolution via

• Experience: Freshers (2026 Passouts).
• Communication: Good written English communication skills for non-voice operations.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, typing speed, and attention to detail.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working fixed US shifts (4:00 PM 2:00 AM IST).
• Location & Transport: Candidates residing within standard transport boundaries for Airoli cab routing (2-way cab provided).
