Identixweb Pvt Ltd in Surat, India seeks a Non-Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects across accounting, billing, GST and ERP domains. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery without coding. Strong English communication is essential.

You will drive sprint rituals, manage risks, and maintain clear documentation while partnering with product, finance and business teams to align requirements with strategic goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, IT, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in a team lead role.
• Experience managing software development projects in SaaS or product companies.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate React.js, Node.js and full-stack teams without hands-on coding.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana or Trello.
• Strong planning, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• At least 2 years in accounting, billing, GST, ERP, or fintech products.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for planning and automation.

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure successful project delivery without requiring hands-on coding expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary

• Manage end-to-end software project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate frontend, backend, full-stack developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks and project plans.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards.
• Coordinate with product, finance, and business teams for accounting, billing, GST, and ERP requirements.
• Manage project dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
• Coordinate testing, product releases, deployments, and post-launch activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.

• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity, task management, and project reporting.
