Munim - Billing | Accounting | GST Software in Surat is seeking an experienced Non-Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects related to accounting, billing, GST, and ERP. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery without hands-on coding.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management, 3 years in leadership, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in a Team Lead or project leadership role.
• Experience managing software development projects in a SaaS or software product-based company.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
• Ability to coordinate React.js, Node.js, and full-stack development teams without hands-on coding.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong project planning, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Min. 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, GST, ERP, or fintech product Industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for project planning, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity, task management, and project reporting.
