HighSpring India LLP is hiring Associate Analysts (Fresher to Experience) to support annual report filing activities for different US jurisdictions. The role involves handling high volumes of data with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and timely completion.

Onsite work in Gurugram with a 3-month contractual engagement; shift 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST; 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST; 95 openings and opportunities to gain experience in US-focused processes and data operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate with any discipline; commerce background preferred.
• 0-4 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and data entry accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• File annual reports for US jurisdictions as per guidelines.
• Handle and validate large data sets with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry, validation and documentation tasks.
• Use MS Excel to manage records and data handling.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• File annual reports for different US jurisdictions as per defined process guidelines.
• Handle, review and validate large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Perform data entry, data validation and documentation activities.
• Use MS Excel for data handling and maintaining records.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of information before filing.
• Follow defined process, quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while handling business information.
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.

• Candidates from Data Entry, Back Office, Data Processing, MIS, Finance Operations, Documentation, KYC or similar backgrounds can apply.

Selection Process

• Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM with 98% accuracy.
• Comprehension Test: Minimum 90% passing score.
• Interview.
