Job summary

Indovisionglobal in Manesar is seeking a Network Support Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experience to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise networks. The role covers routing/switching, MPLS/WAN, and OTN/SDH/DWDM, with NMS/EMS tools and strong English communication. Immediate joining and 24x7 rotational shifts are required.

Responsibilities include monitoring alarms, incident tickets, and coordination with field engineers and vendors to meet SLAs. CCNA/JNCIA/N+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, MPLS and WAN.
• Basic understanding of OTN/SDH/DWDM.
• Knowledge of NMS/EMS monitoring tools.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
• CCNA/JNCIA/N+ certification is an added advantage.
