Job Summary:

As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Provide information about products, services, and policies.

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance and service standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

Working Hours:

• Night Shift (Hours may vary depending on operational needs).

• The role requires working between 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts based on scheduling needs.
