As a remote and full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams to ensure quick resolution of technical or product-related issues.

• Document and track customer interactions, complaints, and feedback using our CRM systems.

• Provide proactive support by identifying potential issues and offering solutions before they escalate.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, explaining features, and walking them through processes or technical aspects of our services.

• Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer communications.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer service KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated customers.

• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and chat systems.

Experience

Working Hours

• This is a full-time, remote position with night shift hours.

• Shifts are scheduled from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (local time) or based on your time zone, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
