As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical and customer service support to clients during the night shift. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients during night shift hours.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.

• Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and usage of products and services.

• Document customer interactions and solutions provided in the ticketing system for future reference.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.

• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
