Job summary

NEXTGEN in Delhi is seeking a Supervisor to lead and develop the sales team across the territory. You will train staff, set targets, monitor performance, and drive revenue through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Travel will be required to customer sites to present offerings and build brand awareness; collect feedback for senior management and help push growth in a competitive market.

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
