Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in journalism. community management, social media marketing, writing/editing, or video production.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience working with creators, particularly in the video content space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Indian languages are a plus).
• High affinity for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation or curation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to edit videos and experience in using Descript, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects Proven ability to convince and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and news industry.
• Ability to shape products and stories for diverse audiences.
