Job summary

Talent Reach Hr Services seeks an experienced NPD Manager to lead the full New Product Development lifecycle—from customer enquiry and feasibility to prototype development, trials, validation and mass production transfer.

The candidate should command hands-on expertise in sheet metal, heavy fabrication, welding, laser cutting, CNC, bending, machining and assembly to drive successful product launches in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with welding, laser cutting, CNC, bending, and machining.
• Knowledge of assembly and integration of products for high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete New Product Development process from customer enquiry through feasibility, costing, prototype development, trials, validation and transfer to mass production.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth transfer to mass production.
