Capgemini India is seeking a talented New Product Development Manager to drive NPD lifecycle excellence within our Chennai team. You will lead cross-functional programs, coordinate with supply chain partners, and ensure master data governance and BOM readiness to enable on-time launches.

You will work with SAP/PLM environments, manage multiple workstreams, and apply strong analytics to deliver accurate product master data and successful phase-ins and delistings.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven New Product Development Manager to join our team.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Strong understanding of NPD lifecycle / supply chain processes
• Experience in MDM, PLM, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems)
• Knowledge of SKU management, BOM creation, and master data governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (issue tracking, RCA)
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
