Job summary

Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai seeks an ED Designer II (Automotive Exterior Trim Design) with 7–12 years of experience to lead NPD exterior trim projects. You will use CATIA V5 and collaborate with engineering and suppliers for validation and release, ensuring manufacturability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, experience with Teamcenter PLM, and a background in plastic product design. Immediate joining preferred.

Proven ability to independently determine technical decisions in collaboration with engineering and supplier partners for design validation and release.

Experienced in conducting comprehensive benchmarking and packaging studies to define optimum trim locations and configurations on the vehicle.

Familiar with automotive safety standards and regulatory compliance affecting exterior trim design and development.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with styling teams translating aesthetic concepts into functional, manufacturable parts.
